Nowadays we, women entrepreneurs, face double pressure from both outside and inside.
With uncertainty and crises in the world, we try to cope and navigate the turbulent times as best as we can – taking care of everyone and everything – without losing it and ourselves in the process. On the inside, we often deal with overwhelm, exhaustion, and doubt questioning our priorities and capabilities and looking for sustainable ways to take care of ourselves, make everything work and follow our authentic desires, true purpose and soul potential.
With little time or space to fully recuperate and replenish, women are often facing an exhausting uphill battle and a vicious cycle just to survive and adapt. At the same time, we profoundly sense and wake up to the newly emerging opportunity in business and society, as well as our feminine essence, power and perspective.
The opportunity of 2023 for women lies in embracing both our authentic strengths and vulnerabilities. Reuniting both on the inside and on the outside allows us to shine brightly and sustainably, thrive and be the gentle yet resilient force for good that we and our social circles – families, communities, businesses and the world – need.
