In this transformative Year of the Fire Horse, women leaders face a pivotal choice:
The Fire Horse year brings speed, visibility, and a powerful call to move. And if you’re already a high-achieving woman leading a business, a mission, or a movement… that intensity can feel like rocket fuel or like a force that pulls you off-center.
The Fire Horse year carries fast, catalytic, decisive energy.
It rewards clarity, instinct, and clean movement.
This is not the year to push harder.
It is the year to orient more truthfully.
This workshop is your moment to recalibrate your inner compass so you know what to say yes to, what to stop feeding, and what your next aligned direction actually is.
This is not a deep dive. It’s a clean ignition.
You’ll leave with your Fire Horse Compass, a clear inner navigation tool you can return to again and again as you lead, choose, and move through the fast energy of 2026.

What You’ll Walk Away With
You’ll walk away with a clear, repeatable Fire Horse Compass you can return to again and again as you move through the strong, fast-moving Fire Horse year.
💫 1. Your Fire Horse North Star (Soul Direction) A single guiding direction that keeps you aligned when the year gets loud, fast, or demanding.C
💫 2. Your Power Pattern (Energy + Pace) Clarity on where Fire Horse energy amplifies you and where it can overheat you, so you lead from sovereignty, not strain.
💫 3. Your Compass Boundaries (What you will not do in 2026) The clean “no’s” that protect your energy, focus, and integrity throughout 2026.
💫 4. Your 90-Day Orientation (Clean Ignition Plan) A grounded next chapter, what to initiate, simplify, and commit to now, without overloading your life.
💫 5. Your Recalibration Ritual (How to return to the Compass all year) A simple way to return to your compass again and again, so this becomes a living navigation tool, not a one-time insight.

About Bea:
I’m Bea Benkova, founder of GIFEW, the Global Institute for Evolutionary Women, and creator of the Soul Destiny Method, rooted in Soul Alchemy, the art of transmuting success into embodied power, clarity, and aligned creation.
My work is born from lived experience. I know what it means to appear successful on the outside while navigating profound inner thresholds in health, leadership, and identity. Those initiations taught me that true thriving does not come from external achievement, but from energetic sovereignty and embodied alignment.
For over two decades, I’ve guided outwardly successful women who sense they are meant to lead from a deeper place. I support visionary women to move beyond force into flow, reconnect with their inner authority, and orient their leadership, business, and legacy in alignment with who they truly are.
The Fire Horse year calls for clarity, courage, and clean movement.
This workshop reflects the heart of my work, helping women find clear direction when momentum accelerates and move forward with trust, integrity, and calm authority.
This is the work I love most, standing at the threshold with women who are ready to move and helping them choose their direction with truth and trust.
