I graduated from the University of Finance and Administration - the insurance industry, I am a member FAPIN, lecture at the Institute of Risk Management and Law, and in my Academy teach children and adult financial literacy. I am a business mentor for a number of start-up entrepreneurs and stand behind the emergence of a number of successful projects and companies not only in the field of insurance. Previously, I worked as: Director stretch recovery in the building society Czech Savings Bank Inc., General Director of Asset Portfolio Servicing Inc., Director of the Department management support trade in the Czech Insurance Company Inc., Financial Manager for managing business relationships for the Czech and Slovak Republics ING. For its professionalism and expertise I gained appreciation Euromanager 2005 I belonged to the top 50 key employees of ING Czech and Slovak Republics, and Talent Management Pool PPF. To support financial education and poverty alleviation in the Czech Republic, I founded the Endowment Fund chicken Pipo, who also preside.
Today is fully dedicated financial literacy education and teaching entrepreneurship. I am the author of the educational concept FINANCE FOR PLEASURE, who teaches financial literacy of children, adults and seniors, including financial literacy in business. I am also the author of the books: Optimizing receivable (only) insurers Profession Insurance Intermediary or What everyone should "Insurance" to know or bestselling books Crib successful business.

Tor has worked as Culture Manager since 1998 in two international companies, SCA and Volvo. Alongside this he has also consulted many other organisations in their cultural transformation journeys in Europe, South Africa, Australia, India, China, Korea and North America.
Tor has co-written many practical books to support the internal network of facilitators and leaders within SCA and Volvo. Publically available titles are “The Dynamics of Change – Reflections on the human side of leading people through organisational change” and “Get Connected – A practical guide to grow a desired team culture”.
Over the years he has trained more than a 1000 persons as Culture Ambassadors and/or internal consultants in Culture Transformation Tools and Methods. He is an accomplished speaker and consultant who work with leaders to make the intangible tangible and thereby produce visible transformation and results.
Tor’s career history after the University Degree in Business Administration includes working as Salesmen in the consumer market, Product- and Project Manager in the business to business market, TQM manager, Change Management Advisor and then Culture Manager.He is also one of the initiators and active advisors to the Swedish National Values Assessment since 2009.
